Returns and Shipping policies for retail customers:
Orders will ship out within 2-4 days of receiving your order. Our products are made fresh, should a product from your order delay the entire order we will let you know ASAP.
Shipping to NT, YK, NU - we will call to quote you a shipping cost based on your order size and weight.
*Large/bulk orders may be subject to an additional shipping fee - customers will be contacted ASAP and will be given the option to pay the additional shipping costs or to cancel their order.
If you have any issues with our products in deficiencies or spoilage within 15 days of purchasing the product directly from us, simply contact us first, please include proof of purchase and contact information. The product must be less than 3/4 used for a return. Lifance products must be in their original packaging. We will contact you to discuss a solution. We apologize, due to covid we are unable to accept returns at this time.
Please contact us with regards to Exchanges or Returns : You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
